How to log into my account

I am having trouble logging into my account.

Effective September 2026, Calroy Health Sciences has moved to a ShopifyPlus platform that uses 6-digit verification codes rather than passwords.

Verification codes are more secure than passwords because they are dynamic, short-lived, and tied directly to an email address you own.

To receive a 6-digit verification code, please follow these steps:

1. Go to www.calroy.com and click on Login in the top left corner.
2. Enter your email address in the provided field. Note: If the email address you registered with Calroy.com is also registered with Shopify, you can also select “Continue with Shop”.
3. You’ll immediately receive an email from Calroy Health Sciences with your 6-digit verification code. Note: this may take up to 1-2 minutes. Please check your Promotions or Spam folder if you do not see this code.
4. Navigate back to your browser and enter the 6-digit code. The url will start with “https://shopify.com/authentication/”.

You will remain signed in to www.calroy.com on the same device and browser unless you intentionally sign out. If you're not receiving a 6-digit verification code, please try the following troubleshooting tips:

• Turn off any Virtual Private Network (VPN) you may be using.
• Confirm your email is registered at www.calroy.com.
• Try logging in on a different browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
• Try using a different device (for example, switch from your phone to a computer).
