How can I pause or resume my Subscribe and Save?

You can pause your Subscribe and Save by logging into your online account, or by contacting customer support.

To pause your Subscribe and Save, please login to your account at calroy.com. On the homepage, click on the “My Account” link on the right side of the screen.

 Navigate to “Subscribe and Save” on the left-hand sidebar.

Under “Status” click the “Pause” button and confirm. Once this is done, your subscription status will change from “Active” to “Paused.”

To resume your paused Subscribe and Save schedule, simply click on “Resume subscription” and confirm.  Once this is done, your subscription status will change form “Paused” to “Active.”
