If you need to cancel an order, we’re here to help. The fastest way to request a cancellation is to contact our Customer Support team during business hours:

If your request is made outside of business hours, please email us at support@calroy.com with your order number. We will do everything we can to cancel your order on the next business day.

Important Note:
If your order has already shipped and tracking information has been generated, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you’ll need to go through our standard return process.
